Fun fact!
2024 has seen the end of greeting cards.
We are sad for the Granny who always sent her grandchild a 5 dollar bill in a sweet card with a reminder that Jesus Loves you. And for that child that opened the card and let the bill sail to the ground -- Thatโs it? โ Well, this is the year of the Xmas etransfer!
For the wee creators and small makers of original cards, this is the death of one kind of paper product design. But keep doodling, weโll find another thing!

Rare 1918 poster, New Hampshire Food Administration, Be a โPotatriotโ
Paper size 29โ x 20 7/8โโ
NEW in our online collection and available for immediate purchase, a rate and unique propaganda broadside poster.
Produced by the New Hampshire Food Administration and printed by Evans Printing Company in Concord, NH, dated 1918. This antique broadside measures 29โ x 20 7/8โ
The broadside was printed to encourage citizens to attend New Hampshire's "potato drive" from April 15 to May 15, 1918. Farmers needed to conserve wheat, and that effort was supported by people buying and eating potatoes.
The four wee poster reproductions in each corner were created by the Division of Pictorial Publicity in Washington, DC. Many such posters were made throughout the war years to increase public support for food conservation efforts.
